Skool Loop Platform means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Skool Loop mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, Skool Loop and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
Skool Books means Advert Media Limited or its assigns
Skool Books Platform means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Skool Books mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, Skool Books and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
School Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns
School Apps means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the School Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the school console, School Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
Club Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns
Club Apps means the digital services and tools, including but not limited to the Club Apps mobile application (iOS and Android), the platform, the website, the club console, Club Apps and any associated features, content and communication tools made available through or in connection with these services.
Church Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns

Business Apps means Snapp Mobile Limited or its assigns

Advert Media Limited & Snapp Mobile Limited has no independent right to use, access, or disclose any personal information collected by schools, except as necessary to maintain the platform and provide services as directed by the school.

- f) List of user names of students that the parent/family member is allowed to access post data for. Determined by the Teacher or School Administrator;

- h) Responses such as online survey or forms;
- i) Custody arrangement details & Court order forms;
- j) Passport copies;
Student information:
- a) First name and surname;
- b) Absence reasons, which may include sensitive information such as health or medical information;
- c) Class name;
- d) School name;
- e) Username;
- f) Image – determined by Teacher or School Administrator;
- g) List of user names of family members allowed to access student post data – determined by Teacher or School Administrator;
- h) Birth certificates;
- i) Passport copies;
- j) Immunisation certificates;
- k) Court orders affecting custody/care;
- l) Special needs information;
- m) Behavioural information;
- n) Medical health information;
Staff Information:
- a) First name and surname;
- b) Username (user-determined);
- c) Class name;
- d) School name;

- f) Bio – determined by users;
- g) Image;
- h) Responses to surveys, online learning, questionnaires and online forms;
- i) Conversations with parents which are stored for 30 days which may include photos, video and voice recording;
- j) Employment history;
- k) Criminal record details;
- l) Convictions information;
- m) Professional qualifications and transcripts;
- n) References;
- o) Teaching investigations details.

We collect and store certain types of personal information strictly on behalf of clubs, who are the data controllers for this information.

Clubs are responsible, in accordance with clause 4 above, for obtaining all necessary consents and ensuring lawful collection, use, and disclosure.

- d) Image, determined by the user;
- e) Electronic signature;

- e) Electronic signature;
- f) Prayer requests and spiritual communications;

- i) Responses to church surveys or forms;

- k) Church newsletter access and preferences;
- l) Donation and tithing preferences and records (where applicable);

Church Staff Information (via iOS and Android Apps and Web Admin):

Businesses are responsible, in accordance with clause 6 above, for obtaining all necessary consents and ensuring lawful collection, use, and disclosure.

- b) School, Club, Church and business information including name, address, and contact details;
- c) Login credentials and user account setup details;
- d) Device type, IP address, and usage statistics for admin panel access;
- e) Participation in surveys or questionnaires;
- f) Any other information provided voluntarily through our website or communications.
From Advertisers (Commercial clients)
- a) Name and contact details of advertiser representatives;
- b) Business name and details;
- c) Invoicing, payment and billing information (where applicable);

Advert Media Limited & Snapp Mobile Limited may collect and process certain personal information strictly on behalf of businesses who use our platform services.

- b) Businesses may input employee-related data into our platform consoles, including HR information, safety data, training records, and contact information.
- c) Such information is collected under the direction of the business, which remains the data controller.
Data collected for Advert Media Limited’s own operational purposes

- For Clubs: To manage member information, event records, participation details, sports results, and communication with members.
- For Congregation Members: To facilitate communication between congregation members and churches, including managing spiritual activities, events, prayer requests, volunteer schedules, and notifications.
- For Churches: To manage congregation information, spiritual care records, volunteer schedules, service attendance, and communication with congregation members.
- For Employees: To facilitate communication between employees and businesses, including managing workplace activities, HR communications, safety procedures, and notifications.
- For Businesses: To manage employee information, HR records, safety data, training records, performance data, and communication with employees.
- For Advertisers: To serve relevant advertisements based on users’ interests and activities within our platforms.
We may disclose your personal information to cloud-providers, contractors and other third parties located inside or outside of New Zealand.
If we do so, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient deals with such personal information in a manner consistent with how we deal with it.

As the data controller, the school is responsible for handling all requests for access to or correction of personal information they collect.
Clubs;
If you wish to request access to the personal information collected by a club through our platforms, please contact the relevant club directly.
As the data controller, the club is responsible for handling all requests for access to or correction of personal information they collect.
Churches;
If you wish to request access to the personal information collected by a church through our platforms, please contact the relevant church directly.
As the data controller, the church is responsible for handling all requests for access to or correction of personal information they collect.
Businesses;
If you wish to request access to the personal information collected by a business through our platforms, please contact the relevant business directly.
As the data controller, the business is responsible for handling all requests for access to or correction of personal information they collect.
